Ordering & Payments
Major credit/debit cards and secure processors like PayPal or Stripe.
All prices are in AUD.
Yes. Enter your code at checkout. Codes can’t be stacked unless stated.
A receipt is emailed automatically. Need a formal invoice? Email us and we’ll send it.
- Physical books: possible until the order ships, email us ASAP.
- E-books: cannot be canceled once delivered.
We collect tax where required by law. International orders may incur duties/VAT payable by the recipient.
E-Books & Downloads
A secure download link is emailed after purchase.
Check your spam/junk folder. If not found, contact us for a resend.
Links are active for 30 days with up to 3 download attempts.
Typically PDF / EPUB / MOBI — works on most readers, tablets, phones, and desktops.
We recommend saving immediately; links may expire after 30 days.
Email us and we’ll troubleshoot or provide an alternate format.
Licensing, Sharing & Classroom Use
Purchases are one license per reader. Please do not redistribute.
Short quotes with attribution are fine for reviews or academic use. For longer excerpts or commercial use, request written permission.
Please purchase the appropriate number of copies (or ask us about bulk discounts and site licenses).

Physical Books & Shipping
Processing 2–5 business days, then:
- Australia shipping: ~3–10 business days
- International: TBC
Yes, tracking is emailed once we ship.
Express options may appear at checkout depending on destination.
These are set by your country and are paid by the recipient.
Email us immediately. Once shipped, we can’t reroute without carrier fees.
Check the tracking link, then contact the carrier. We’ll assist where possible.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
All digital sales are final once delivered.
Email us within 30 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund (including shipping).
Final sale once confirmed, except for defective items reported within 30 days.

Absolutely! Ask about packages that bundle books + speaking/Q&A.
